I made carbonara with my ProClad pan and loved how easy the whole process was. The pan heats up really quickly, and I was able to prepare everything using just one pan, which made cooking so much more practical.

The size is excellent, and I especially love that nothing sticks ( that’s essential for me) and also makes cleanup much easier.

Honestly the best pan we ever had and we have high end Le’ Creuset pans. The Proclad gets cooking temperature very fast, the non stick is amazing, even on products which is the worst to fry like eggs, rösti (Swiss meal potato pancakes), bacon and so much more.

After cooking it is so easy to clean and making meal is just another world. We spend so much on quality food and want the best to cook it - and this is not even expensive compared to other premium and luxury brands.

It has exceptional features like non-stick, its handle remains cool, easy to metal utensils, compatible with all inductions and the heat is distributed equally. I use this pan for my daily usage. Excellent non-stick frying pan! It requires very little oil, and you can even cook eggs without using any oil at all. Unlike ordinary frying pans, the oil does not burn easily, which makes cooking much more enjoyable. The quality feels premium, and I’m very happy with this pan.

I honestly wasn't expecting much but this pan blew me away — made chicken steak in it and got that perfect golden sear without anything sticking, and cleanup after was literally a wipe and done. Love that it's got the nonstick easy-clean thing going on but still lets you sear like a proper stainless pan, heats up fast and evenly, handle stays cool, and it just feels solid and well made. No flaking or weird coating issues so far either.
