Got questions?

What makes ProClad different from ordinary nonstick cookware?

Ordinary nonstick is easy to use, but often struggles to brown food and wears quickly. ProClad combines a 3 ply clad stainless steel body with Hybrid 2.0 and TitaniumShield™. You get the searing performance of stainless steel with the everyday convenience of nonstick.

Will eggs and delicate foods actually release?

Yes, when the pan is used correctly. Warm it briefly over low to medium heat, add a small amount of oil, then start cooking. Eggs, pancakes and fish release easily without the careful temperature ritual required by bare stainless steel.

Can ProClad produce a proper sear?

Yes. The stainless steel cooking surface supports the direct heat and browning needed for steak, chicken and vegetables, while the nonstick system makes food easier to release afterward.

It is built for the cook who wants one pan to handle breakfast and dinner.

Is ProClad really PFAS free?

Yes. ProClad contains no PFAS, PFOA, PFOS or PTFE. It meets FDA, California Prop 65 and European food contact requirements.

You get nonstick convenience without traditional forever chemicals.

Why choose ProClad over another hybrid pan?

ProClad was built around performance, not a celebrity name. Hybrid 2.0, the multi layer TitaniumShield system, a 3 ply clad body, a protected rolled rim, a secure handle and a deeper cooking surface all solve problems people experience with existing cookware.

You are paying for improvements you can use, not hype you have to believe.

What is Hybrid 2.0?

Hybrid cookware combines stainless steel and nonstick in one cooking surface. ProClad takes that idea further by pairing a reinforced stainless steel structure with protected TitaniumShield nonstick areas.

The result is a surface designed to brown food, release it easily and better resist the peeling and wear that can begin around vulnerable coating edges.

What is TitaniumShield?

TitaniumShield is ProClad’s proprietary ceramic nonstick system. It uses two titanium reinforced ceramic layers for durability and adhesion, finished with a protective top layer for smooth food release.

It sits over a 3 ply clad stainless steel body that heats quickly and evenly.

How long will the nonstick performance last?

No responsible cookware brand should tell you that a coating lasts forever. Every nonstick surface changes with heat, use and time.

ProClad is engineered to resist peeling and wear better than typical nonstick cookware. Its actual lifespan depends on how often you cook and how you treat it. Low to medium heat, gentle cleaning and avoiding prolonged empty heating will help it perform longer.

Can I use metal utensils?

Yes. ProClad is designed for normal use with metal spatulas, tongs and whisks.

Durable does not mean indestructible. Do not cut food directly in the pan, gouge the surface with sharp tools or clean it with steel wool.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes! However, we encourage to not over wash any pan. We recommend handwashing whenever possible and reserving the dishwasher for the occasional wash.

Is it oven-safe?

Yes — tested to 900°F, including the handle, rivets, and coating.

Will ProClad work in my kitchen?

ProClad works on induction, gas, electric and glass cooktops. The cookware is also oven safe.

It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing with warm soapy water and a nonabrasive sponge is the best way to protect its appearance and nonstick performance. Always follow the temperature limit shown for each product, especially when using a glass lid.

Which size should I choose?

The right pan depends on what you cook, not simply how many people live in your home.

8 inch: Eggs, small breakfasts, sides and individual portions.

10 inch: The everyday choice for one or two people, including a steak, chicken breast or vegetables.

12 inch: Family meals, pasta, biryani, larger proteins and batch cooking.

If you want one everyday pan, start with the 10 inch. If you cook for a family or want to replace your current collection, choose a set.

Do I need lids?

Not for every meal, but lids make the cookware more versatile. They help you simmer, steam, braise and finish food gently after searing.

Matching glass lids are available for the 8, 10 and 12 inch pans, allowing you to watch food cook without releasing heat and moisture.

What happens if I do not love it or something goes wrong?

ProClad cookware includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, exterior scratches and gradual cosmetic changes from cooking are not manufacturing defects.

You also have 100 days from delivery to decide whether ProClad belongs in your kitchen. If your cookware arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it without making you fight for a solution.
