Shipping policy

Where We Ship

ProClad currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Orders of $200 USD or more ship free. Orders under $200 USD ship for a flat rate of $14.99 USD, based on your cart total at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at hello@pro-clad.com within 10 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can help.
