By accessing or using pro-clad.com (the “Site”), operated by Lion Brands Inc. (“ProClad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders, and change pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Returns & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Refund & Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By opting into SMS or email communications from ProClad — including through our messaging platform, Recart — you consent to receive marketing messages, order updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs — is the property of ProClad or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with Site functionality, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, including Recart or other partners.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in our Refund & Warranty Policy. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProClad is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, beyond the purchase price of the product in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ProClad harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of the U.S. state in which you reside that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
