Where We Ship
Pro-Clad currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1–2] business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Orders over $200 USD ship free. Orders under $200 USD are charged shipping based on package weight, calculated at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at hello@pro-clad.com within 10 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can help.
